I’m in belgium and i want to find a store where i can buy a C1500 with Flycase so i c’ant find a dealer for this.
Anybody can help me to find a store where a i can buy one with flycase ?

You can’t buy it in a store.
The Belgian distributor can name a dealer.
Are you aware that the surface alone is useless?

Hm… not sure that this will bring you any benefits.
You need a GigaACE card to connect the GX, that is another 1.400 €.
Wouldn’t it be easier to buy a DM32 and sell the GX?
