Hi guys and girls,

after 2020 I thought I´ll make a video on something pleasant: we´ll buy the 16VU compressor plugin (addon) for the SQ. All you need is your SQ´s serial number, the DNA and a credit card that has not been abused over christmas. And I know most of you know how it´s done, but you´d be surprised, how many questions I get regarding that topic. There seem to be more little pitfalls, than one might think.
Anyway, I hope you find that 5 mins interessting or entertaining.

I have bought 5 separate things I think and on the last one I managed mess it up by entering the wrong DNA code - I used a 0 instead of a D for one character!
The site accepted it and generated a key, which was useless of course!

I emailed to shopsupport@allen-heath.com and Alex fixed it for me :slight_smile:
