Cannot Update QU 16 - File not found

Hi,

M QU-16 has a very old Firmware with 1.90.4537 and I cannot update it, because I get a “File not found” no matter what I try.

I have tried 3 USB sticks, format them as “QU-Drive” even a old one with USB 1, I even attached a Screenshot, that I got the Files in the right place (root folder):

I always get:
“File not found”

What can I do?

Try downloading on an older operating system. I had the same thing after downloading using Sierra on my Mac.

Gosh… Just did the same with a Windows 10 machine standing beside me and it worked… Thank you!
