Hi. We support Allen& Heath for Canada and have come across an issue trying to set the CC tablets to static IP when the radio button is greyed out. It will come from the DIVX factory with the ‘static’ IP, gateway, netmasks populated. THEY ARE NOT.
You must re-enter all of the fields with your new addresses for the button to become active. It will then work as it should and connect automatically.
If this is confusing to you, it is deceiving. This is the default flash from DIVX.
If you just need quick numbers:
IP 192.168.1.20 (.20 is whatever is not in conflict on your system.)
Gateway 192.168.1.254
Netmask 255.255.255.0
DNS 1 0.0.0.0
DNS 2 8.8.4.4
If you are fluent in networking, do what you want.
