I’m trying to update the software on my Cdm48 with a laptop and no surface .
Following instructions by connecting laptop to CDM with network cable .
And the typing Ip 192.168.1.70 into my web browser as instructed.
Keep getting the same response can’t reach this page ?
Any advice as I’m totally stuck in a loop .
Could it be that someone changed the network address of the mixrack?
You can reset the network to its default.
Or, try to use Director to link to the Mixrack, you can read out the IP.
What firmware version are we talking about?
A&H changed the process for updates on surface-less setups. Since version 1.9 it is not done via web browser anymore, but thru Director instead.
