Had an issue at our Sunday service yesterday. Three of our vocal mic channels were metering through their signal chain (input > group > mains + matrixes), but not passing audio. The issue resolved itself only when the mixrack and surface were power cycled. C3500 surface and CDM48 Mixrack, both updated to current firmware. Anyone have a similar issue before?
Whenever that sort of thing has happened to me, it’s been because something wasn’t routed the way I thought it was. I can’t see how a reboot would change that unless you have a login scene that fixed it.
I have had similar situation occur where occasionally a mix bus (aux/group/mtx) will not pass signal until a reboot of the mix rack.
So far a handful of times during testing and once on a gig setup.
