Channel 9 not working it is assigned to the left/right, and routed correctly as well. Not muted, phantom power not engaged. I have reset the mixer, and calibrated, I live in Alaska sending it to be repaired will be a costly experience for me, your assistance is appreciated

Make sure it is routed too. Sounds like one of those (Input source, routing etc,…) is not set right.
What else can be done?
If you’ve performed not just a “Reset Mix Settings” but, as a precaution, a full “System Hard Reset” (after saving your show) and that hasn’t changed anything, then your local input 9 is likely really defective.
The only alternative to repair, as I see it, is to use an AB168 or AR2412 stagebox to feed your channel 9 via SLink (along other channels, of course).
I hope you have the opportunity to at least try this as a test to confirm with it the hardware defect of your local input.
