Compre una mescladora Allen&Heath qu6 en los E.U, para llevar a República Dominicana y cuando la prendi me pide una contraseña y no he podido usar el equipo y en la compañía me dicen que registrara el equipo para ve si me pueden ayudar por este medio.
Realmente me siento frustrado porque la compre para el,sonido de una iglesia. Cómo me pueden ayudar por favor 
Since you have not been able to use the equipment at all, your best solution is to do a full factory reset, which should erase all information including any users that have been set up in the console. Instructions are in the attached image.
I assume this desk is ‘second hand’, so didn’t you test the mixer out in the shop where you purchased it, or was this an Internet purchase?
I concur with performing a factory reset - but you really need to check that the unit is fully working (especially if it is second hand) before putting it into service.
