The in- and outputs from the desk are not working anymore.
I think that this is since the 1.71 update!
Is in the menu a new button to select the in- and outputs?
thx[ !]

Hi Alfred,
Did you connect the Ethernet connection on T and IDR to the ACE connection?
Do you mean the in/ and outputs on the rear of the surface?

Alfred,
Can you assign the surface connections to a channel? Select a stereo input , then on the screen got to preamp, there you should be able to select, ‘surface’ from the drop down box an select an input A 5/6 cinch or A 7/8 spdif

Hi Alfred
Can you please confirm that you have no audio at your surface at all?
Does audio work ok at the mixrack?
Does PAFL or talkback work from the surface?
on the surface Utility - diagnostics page in the power status are all of the green lights active?
quote:
No i did connect the ethernet connection!
Can you please confirm that you connected the cables between the mixrack ans sruface ACE ports?
is the system lock LED active on the back of the surface?
please contact A&H technical support with all the information you know. Thet will be able to help you resolve you issue.

Hi Alfred,
you said: No i did connect the ethernet connection!
I just updated to 1.71 and can’t find a problem. Did you connect your ethernet cable to the ACE connectors or to the ethernet connection. There is no audio transmitted via the ethernet connections, only via the ACE connection.
