Dear community,
sorry for my english.
My question:
Is it possible to copy the mix 1-10 settings at the Qu-Pac from scene to scene?
We have spent a lot of time to make perfect settings for our inEar monitoring and want to copy it from one scene to another.
Is this possible and how?
Thank you in advance
Greetings
Klaus
You can easily copy the channel strip (gain, PEQ, Gate, Compressor etc) by saving your IEM as a complete channel user preset. I do this for all instruments and vocalists and tweak according to the venue (which you won’t need as it’s for IEMs)
Dear Roy,
Thank you very much.
Sorry, I am a newbie.
Is this also possible for the mix settings?
How can I do this?
When you mix settings do you mean fader levels etc? If so, you need to save the scene and recall when you need it. Perhaps set up your IEMs in the first few faders and create placeholders for the other channels with basic settings that you just adjust for the venue.
yes I mean fader levels, eq settings etc.
Your settings will be save progressively from scene to scene as you keep building new scenes, if you don’t change the mix
levels they will be the same in each scene re-call.
Maybe using scene safes or blocks so certain setting are not recalled with scenes would work for you.
page 23 on Qu32 manual says
The Sel key can also be used to:
Copy mix processing – Hold down the Copy key and press the Sel key to copy the processing settings. Then select a different Mix, hold down the Paste key and press the Sel key to instantly paste those settings to that mix.
ok, thank you all.
So I can copy via scenes
i looked it up in the manual:
So when I set a scene safe with the mix settings and change the scene, the settings of the mix won’t be overwritten, right?
and then I can save the new scene.
Am I right?
yes that should it do
a trick… save your actual mix settings to a new scene as a backup…
oh yes, thanx Steffen
