So you have the latest firmware, which the other Two used to play your file.
Puzzle upon puzzle…

Please try the following:

  1. Format the stick in the QU.
  2. Under ‘SETUP - Audio - Sync&USB’ in the bottom right corner, set the USB/SD sample rate to 48kHz.
  3. Make a short recording under ‘UTILITY - Qu Drive - Stereo’ - only 10 seconds - it can also be without a sound.
  4. Remove the stick and plug it into a PC (preferably Windows).
  5. You should now find your short recording in the USBREC subfolder.
  6. Move this file from USBREC to USBPLAY.
  7. Also copy your file ‘05 In The Garden.wav’ to USBPLAY.
  8. Now there are two files in the USBPLAY folder.
  9. Eject the stick and plug it back into the QU.
  10. Under ‘UTILITIES - Qu Drive - Stereo’, go to ‘Select Track’ in the bottom left corner.
  11. Please don’t tell me that there’s no tracks there, or that there’s only your 10-second recording.
  12. Select your file ‘05 In The Garden.wav’ to play.
