CQ Mix Pad End User License Agreement

The app used to work on my Google Pixel 7 Pro. Then I think the software updated. I get an End User License Agreement white page that you are supposed to scroll to the bottom of “to continue”. I do that, but there is no button that says “OK” or “Accept” etc. I tried to force stop the app and kill the cache no luck. I tried to reinstall it. Same thing. I have Android 15 on my phone.

Any one else experience this? Any solutions?

We have seen that the latest android (running on a phone to be specific) has broken the sizing of CQ-MixPad, meaning that some of the app is displayed off the bottom of the screen.
You can just about see the top of the two buttons right at the bottom of your screenshot there…
Although CQ-MixPad is not primarily intended for phone or small screen use, we are investigating and hope that either an android update or an update from our side (whichever comes first) will be able to fix this for you soon.

Thanks,
Keith.

OK, thanks!
Yeah, I even try to “pull” the screen up to see if I can find a button but no luck. Guess I just to to wait it out. Like I said to you privately, I typically mix on an iPad but I like having the ability to do it on a phone in an emergency. So a fix (where ever it is) would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks again!

ACTUALLY, you just fixed it for me! I didn’t realize those lines at the bottom were the tops of the buttons (I guess I was expecting them to be ON the EALU white page part). After a couple of attempts, I scrolled to the bottom of the EULA, you could then see the left button go from disabled to enabled (once you know to look for that), and just carefully tried to click it and boom, I am in!

Thanks again!

I get a similar problem since updating to Android 15, where the Connect button is just off the bottom of the screen.

It seems to be related to the Accessibility → Display size setting on the device. Mine is set to 1 stop above the lowest, if I change that to the lowest setting the buttons are visible again. I want to keep the Display size as it was though as it’s easier for me to read everything! I’ve attached a screenshot of the settings page as I usually have it and which causes this behaviour.

Thanks,

Mark

Is there any news on this issue and a possible fix? I use the app on Android for remote control while listening in the venues, as the mixer is on stage with me. Cheers!

Mark’s (mfish19) fix worked for me.
