Hello there! I work as a sound engineer for live events, typically small acoustic bands, large business meetings/panels, and sound coverage for events. I was recently asked to work on a childrens event coming up and they have a puppet show that requires a single vocal channel to have a pitch shifter on it. I was originally thinking that I could use a scarlett, bring it into my laptop and run through vmod or ableton and pitch shift there, then run the output back into my CQ. But I know there are still a lot of areas that Im not all that familiar with. And one of those is the FX section. I set my basic tap tempo delay and decay, but I was curious if there was a pitch shift option in the CQ already, or if like on the SQ models I can add a plugin for custom effects for the pitch shift. Plus if this works well I might use it a little when it comes to bands with some… pitchy… singers… Just curious if this is a feature to make my life easier or if A&H limits that to purchase an SQ. I have an SQ I can use but the whole event will use 4 inputs so its not really worth it lol.
Thanks for your support in advance.
