CQ18T no levels / sound from Main LR

Have a CQ18T, been using it for awhile. Not sure what happened, but i now i no longer get anything out of Main LR. No levels showing anything going through. Even when i had not cables connected, Main LR levels always showed something coming through. Now, nothing. Double checked all faders and send levels, Nothing.

Power cycled a few times, brougt up other saved scenes I know worked, nothing.
About to do a factory reset to test that, otherwise, no clue.

Anyone have any thoughts or experienced this issue before?

Update:

Yep, user error. I thought I checked everything, but it turns out, I did not. Check all DCA faders (which I thought I did on all scenes). Why I did not figure it out the first time is beyond me.
