CQ20 firmware version 1.20 update failure

Followed update procedure as described however once update is complete, the final step where the ‘Success’ message is displayed and the ‘Restart’ button is selected I get a message saying "warning-connection problem-please wait’…then the next message is ‘connection lost’. I’ve tried the procedure multiple times with the same result. I’m using an Ipad Pro with no issues whatsoever while using it with the CQ20 under the old firmware. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue and how was it solved. Thanks in advance.

I had the same message, I believe that it is due to the CQ re-booting and temporarily losing the wireless connection to the iPad. I reselected the unit from the app and everything was working ok.Great update.

It is now working…turns out I needed to update the MixPad app first which is a step that I originally overlooked. All good now. Thanks for the replies!
