i installed a new CQ20B in our rehearsal room. Nearly everything went perfect, but one band member couldn’t see the mixer in the iPhone app (v1.2). Mixer is in AP mode and wlan works fine. CQ4YOU only shows Demo. Other with IP address won’t work either. His iPhone13 has latest sw and all settings are identical to ours.
Of course we tried all standard stuff like reboot, reinstall, switch off all network devices… without any success.
Any idea what this could be?
In the band member’s iPhone settings, go to Privacy and Security → Local Network - is the CQ4You app toggled to allow/on?
Presuming these settings are available on iPhone as they are on iPads.

Fantastic. Delighted to hear it. Caught me out when trying to connect Director to dLive, so stored the info in case others had the same issue.
