Cq4you only mono …?

good evening all

It’s been two years now:

And there were no responses.

Do I really have to assume, that there is no way to control a stereo pair of IEM outputs with the cq4you app?

Perhaps I’m misunderstanding, but I just hope you don’t miss this feature for the past two years.

Yes, of course, channel one and two are linked as stereo channel. But with the cq4you app you only can assign one single channel. Or am I missing something?

When I do it on the SQ, I assign the ‘odd’ channel (the first of the pair of linked channels) and it controls both the left and right.

Have you tried it?

Sorry it has taken 2 years…

Dave

Actually that wasn’t me with that old post. I just cited it :joy:

I’m a new CQ18 user.

But yes, thank you for the suggestion, I’m going to try that

But with the SQ I only ever have one Aux fader, regardless of whether the Aux Mix is set to Mono or Stereo.
I don’t know any linking option there - or what do you mean?

@chirrup
But I would still think like daver2, that if two channels are linked together in the console, they can only be controlled remotely together.

So this time I was being too quick.

And I have to apologize.

The app correctly displays the linked stereo output indeed – everything’s all right

That was my bad, folks, sorry for that.

All’s well that ends well (a saying in the UK).

I hope you weren’t waiting two years for that answer though!

Dave
