Good day, i have been using the sq6 console for four years now and recently it started sending out crackling and unusable sound accross the board. am really confused. Don’t know if any one has a solution to this

It sounds like you need to reach out to your local distribution partner for servicing - where abouts in the world are you?
Are you using an I/O box?
I was getting this and drop-outs. Turns out my CAT6 reel between the SQ and my 4816 took a tumble in the truck and the connector on the board-side was knocked about.
Disassembled it, cut back about 6 inches of cable, and reassembled it (Neutrik press-fit Ethercon). Pin-tested good, plugged it all in and worked fine from that point on.
