The dante card in our AHM-32 is unresponsive: no network lights and it does not appear in AHM monitor. I last updated the AHM firmware about 6 months ago.
The failure shows up in our AHM’s log as:
INTERNAL ERROR :ERROR: Invalid mOptionCardId = 0x0 (file:///../../Squirrel/UnitFirmware/Core/PortBPlus/PortBPlusManager.cpp:106:)
The day before the error started the log contains this:
INTERNAL ERROR :ERROR: FPGA Programming failed (file:///../../Squirrel/UnitFirmware/Core/PortBPlus/PortBPlusDante.cpp:111:)
Any hints where I should be looking?
Thanks!

I don’t understand that kind of questions in a user driven forum.
This is obviously a question for the support team, that’s why they are there.
Start with your reseller or distributor.

It was a perfectly valid question. This is a troubleshooting forum and there is always the chance that another AHM user has experienced this issue and may have something to contribute.
I did try the fail safe recovery procedure (in the Audio Networking section at support.allen-heath.com) and was unsuccessful. It appears that our Dante card has failed completely.
I have (obviously) opened a support ticket with our countries only official distributor.
