Last week I recieved an e-mail with a notification that I could look out to a discount code because I previously purchased Compressor Pack I.
(for buying OptTronik and Bus together)
Did anyone recieved a discount code yet or do we have to wait a bit longer?
And is there another way to get this discount code?

I’ve emailed support about this - apparently the codes will be emailed out in the next 5 days (that was a day ago). Hopefully someone will jump on here and give some more clarity but it does seem a bit random - I’d like the code so I can buy the compressors!
Instead of a discount code, it would be fair to offer the option of upgrading from Pack I to Pack II with the difference amount.
I received mine 40 min after the initial mail with the 1.6 announcement.
Thanks for your reply, I suppose I have to wait some few days more then. It is a pitty that it was not a global e-mail to every (add-on) SQ-user. But I trust it will be fine at the end.

Checked it several times, no luck yet…
I have figured out the problem. Follow this even if you have already signed up to the mailing list.
First - make sure you are signed up to the mailing list at https://www.allen-heath.com/newsletter/ making sure you use the same email address that you bought Compressor Pack 1 with.
Second - make sure you confirm that you want to join the mailing list by clicking the ‘Confirm My Subscription’ button in the email you are sent.
Third - in the above email, scroll to the bottom and click the ‘Manage preferences’ link and make sure that you are subscribed to both the Marketing emails and the Sales emails (for some reason I was subscribed to neither).
As soon as you have clicked the ‘Update email preferences’ button you should receive an email with your discount code as long as the email you subscribed with is the same email that you use for your Allen & Heath shop account.

That is effectively what they are doing. The price difference between buying the Compressor Pack I and II is $130 USD.
Buying the two new compressors as single units and applying my discount makes the price $130 USD.

Anyone else have multiples consoles and how does this work with them?
If you’ve got multiple consoles, the automated process isn’t smart enough to know this - but reach out to us at support@allen-heath.com and we can allow your discount code to be used once for each of the consoles that you’ve purchased Compressor Pack 1 for.

Mark fixed our code up via a ticket and it worked great.
I was unaware of us receiving codes for previous package buyers.
I already paid full price for these, can I get the difference refunded?
There should have been a more clear description for previous package owners that they’d receive a discount while looking at the store.
