dLive C1500 UI lag

Hi,

I’m seeing consistent UI lag on my dLive C1500 and wanted to check if this is known or expected.

Setup:

  • C1500 + CDM32

  • Latest firmware on both

  • Only surface ↔ MixRack connected (no Director, no Dante, no external devices)

Issue:

  • Delay when switching pages (e.g. I/O ↔ FX)

  • Visual EQ graphics lag when moving bands

  • Happens every time, not just first load after boot

  • Persists after power cycles

I know there can be minor delays on first page access, but this feels more than normal and seems to be getting worse.

Has anyone experienced this, or is this something that should be checked by support?

It may not matter, but how far apart are the surface and mix rack, and how do you have them connected(fiber, single copper, redundant copper, etc…)

This happens with normal FOH - Satge distance as in the pre production room with 5 meter Ethernet.

So cable is not the problem :pensive_face:

Do you have slow scene changes as well?

Nothing noticeable. The graphic latency in eq and RTA is very well noticed.
