I have 2 touchscreen PC’s (a Surface Pro and a Toshiba convertible). Whenever I need to type something (channel label, scene name, etc.), when I use the dLive Director’s built-in keyboard, I get double characters. When I use the PC’s pop-up keyboard, it works fine.

Also, it acts as though I’ve hit the EQ slope type 2 times, so it takes me multiple touches to get it to circle around to the correct one.

Anyone else having this problem?

Hi Art,

We do have people looking into this as we speak but I can’t put a timeframe on a fix.

I believe it’s caused by the touch generating both a ‘click’ and ‘touch’ event on certain GUI items. It’s not a perfect work around, but if you long press anything that double ‘events’ it should only generate one.
