DLive Main LR not receiving signal from inputs

I installed a C3500 surface along with a CDM48 Mix Rack around three weeks ago •.

The first few weeks were great but the Main LR bus has suddenly stopping received any signal at all from the inputs or groups.

All of the routing is correct and i am still seeing signal on the individual input channels. Has anyone else come across this issue? The inputs and groups are definitely assigned to the main LR but nothing show on the metering. I know this was a problem when 2.0 was released but I am on the latest version currently.

Let me get a stupid question out of the way…

They haven’t been assigned to a random DCA which has been pulled down somewhere? And all channels are showing as ON in the bottom left of the scribble strips when the Mix button on the Mains is selected?

Correct! No outputs are assigned to DCAs and all of the inputs and groups show as on in the scribble strip when the main LR is selected.

Are you only missing metering? Or there is no sound coming out? If there is only metering issue, perhaps you only have to add mains to PAFL

Or the meters are post fader and no fader is up. :face_with_peeking_eye:
