Hello everyone, it’s a pleasure to be here and be part of this community.
I work in broadcasting, and at work, we have a MixRack DM0 (firmware V.211 - rev 90473). We have a DANTE 128-V3 card (version 1.0.1) and two Dx168s in redundant connection. The MixRack is part of a redundant DANTE network and replaced our old iDR10, which used to be our 24/7 audio matrix.
We installed this unit on July 24th, and since then, we’ve had two annoying issues: loss of DANTE audio and control disconnections between the unit and the Dlive Director software.
The first issue occurred only once, but the control disconnections have recurred regularly until yesterday, when we lost complete control of the unit (audio was OK). The only way to regain control was to restart the MixRack wich is a delicate procedure because we can’t stop.
The software showed this advice and dissapeared of the online device list
and after rebooting, the unit appeared
then I took a look for the logs:
What happened to the date, and what are the other messages due to?
I was reviewing the logs deeper and there is a recurring message that I don’t understand:
