long time no posting as i am quiet happy with our ilive and q and so on ANYWAY
here is the idea:
some of us might recall the “backwardseqing” = if i want more high mids (for example) i take lows and highs out
that in fact is the way i mix…
a reverse gain (kind of) within the parametric eq would do this:
simple example- i turn the high mid gain clockwise instead of raising the gain of the selected frequency
it reduces the overall of the other frequencies (see pic) or watch here;
besides one would be much quicker in certain occasions
