Agreed. I must say I find the stock EQ quite limited.
It annoys me that the shelves don’t have any slope and/or resonance control.
Since they are only 4-band, this makes them quite limited.
I’d definitely like to see some EQ models like Pultecs and others that offer functionality that the stock EQ doesn’t. Something like a Maag or Clariphonic would be cool too.
Advanced control on the dynamic EQ (ratio, attack, release) would be great too.
