I mean the error is pretty self explanatory. The Surface lost communication with the MixRack. Outside of a cable issue, I’m not sure why it would happen however. Is there anything in the logs prior to the disconnection that might point to a problem?

Were you running a redundant GigaAce connection? Obviously it is far less likely that both cables would suddenly “go bad” at the same time which might indicate another problem.

I think the best thing for you to do is to the A&H Official Support team (via the main A&H website). This is certainly going to be a “one off” situation and they are much better at diagnosing issues like this than random people on the internet like myself.

Which version of the dLive firmware are you on?

We used the 2.03 firmware version when this error happened. We downgraded now to 2.02 as we have a production going on.

We had news from the A&H technical Support and this was due to an IP Address conflict.
