For anyone who’s curious, I contacted Hear Technologies and found out that pins 3 and 6 are ground and pins 4 and 7 are +18VDC. For testing purposes I stripped the jacket off of a CAT5e cable, cut the wires that should carry power and connected two 9v batteries in series to those wires on the ADAT Out side. Tested, and everything is working!
