Hello.
We use a GLD-112 that started to have this issue at every show. Faders do not move anymore when recalling a scene and also do not do anything when moved manually, like they are disconnected.
I checked the diagnostic logs, it shows a timer expired on motor fader usb driver error and a flush failure on usb manager.
Is there anyone that has experienced this issue?
