Fader pegs to the top when switching layers

GLD112, 1.61 firmware

This just started. When I switch layers on bank 3 the leftmost fader goes all the way to the top and makes a hard ‘click’. I’ve switched the inputs that fader controls and it still does it. I’ve remove all the inputs from the fader and it doesn’t move.

I’ve cleaned out the channel with air but that didn’t help.

maybe you should call a repair service?

If the calibration of the feaders doesn’t help,
there could be a hardware defect and something needs to get replaced
