Hi, I have a Blackview tablet running Android 15 (October 1, 2024). I installed cq mix pad release 1.2.1, it detects the stage box but does not allow me to establish the connection with this message: “Failed to connect. Could not open a connection to the unit”. The smartphone with Android 11 using CQ4you connects and works fine. On the tablet, however, not even CQ4you allows the connection. Thanks to anyone who can help me!

Are you connecting to the CQ’s network OK?
You’ll need to go into your App settings and check that Local Network is set to “On”.
Then quit the app -
- Tap or long press the Overview button in the bottom-left or bottom-right corner of your screen
- Swipe up and hold the lower-left corner for navigation gestures
- Scroll left or right to find the app you want to close
- Swipe up on the app to close it
Restart the tablet, and re-open the app once you’ve connected to the network.
