Fixing corrupt WAV files

I just recorded a 5.5 hour show and for some reason the files bacame corrupted. Any ideas on how to fix?

May I also ask whether you made a stereo or multitrack recording and at what sample rate (48/96kHz)?

I used multitrack recording which included the R/L stereo out - ch23-24 at 48kHz. After copying the files to a working folder as WAV files it did show file sizes for each track to be the same amount of 1.44Gig for each of the 5 files. They are showing up as WAV files on the microSD but are not recognizable to MediaPlayer or VLC media player.

Thank you Frenchie!!! I used the Audacity method and it worked beautifully. I had to choose to EXPORT the audio as separate files. Thank you all for your help and timely responses.
