I’ve a odd fault with my Qu16
Turns on and freezes on boot screen shows qu16 and then nothing works?? Just had a brain freeze!
Power down power back up its back running fine. (Will start and shut down fine after the initial glitch.)
But…
Leave for an hour or so and won’t boot again same again….
So far I’ve done
date to form ware with new version
Tried to force start from usb stick which works
Hard reset
Changed leads checked fuses etc…
Any one had similar problems?
Never heard that one before. I think I would try to clean/reseat all the connectors I could find inside.

Thanks I’ll have a go with that…I’m pretty sure it’s a capacitor or something on initial kick up
Ie first kick up not charged and 2nd time charge held from previous boot and enough to start up
so something no quite reaching power to the processors etc…
Has anyone got schmatics or service diagrams for the qu16 they can share?

tengo un problema muy similar aveces arranca y jala un par de horas bien y luego se congela por completo
So still trying to solve this…. Allen and Heath are to busy to look at the mixer - any recommendations of repair guys in the Midlands that can repair these???

Pretty shocking that no support is given on a huge brand like this from UK distribution/ service seems but the mixer your on your own! Think this may be the last A+H product I’ll get ?
