we have 3 problems of gain control with a IDR16
release 1.94
1- Configuration .
we Recall Template fo LCR to be sure that ' s all is reset .
we configure IP 1 and IP 4 with same input for example B 1 .
then we send a signal from a external generator on Input B 1 .
We observe différence a 6 db of gain between IP1 and IP4 and master when we mute each input .
Surface is R-72 , but the probleme is the same when we replace the Surface by a PC . So the problem is in the IDR .
2- We use an Y cable for input A 2 and Input A1 → for example . Always with an initial configuration with standard gain on surface at 30db .
we observe différence on meter a 20db of gain between A 2 and A 1 .......B8
3- On input A 1 some time , gain is set at 10db then when we increase gain from 10 to 11db , meter and son Sound increase more 20 db !!
