So I’m coming from the GLD here, I’m loving the Avantis so far. Though sometimes having to use the touch screen for certain functions, which on different A&H mixer models are accessible with surface buttons, can be a bit much.
I remember on the GLD, when pressing the GEQ knob when a bus / matrix is selected, it flips the fader. On the Avantis, you’d have to hold the GEQ knob and then select on the touch screen which output you want to open. For me, it slows my workflow a bit.
Perhaps both workflows could be switchable modes in the options page? One mode where the faders flip to GEQ instantly onto a already selected output, and the other mode by holding the PEQ button and then selecting the output on the screen?
