CQ-20B here but i guess it applies to all CQ: Currently an empty FX rack does not pass the signal (kind of logical if you really buy into the “nothing connected there” analogy). However we can route the FX busses to USB 17-24. It would be great to copy the FX input signals unaltered to their outputs so it can be processed on a host. Alternatively, a BYPASS switch on the FX to get a clean copy of the input. OR… provide a couple extra aux busses (in addition to the hardware outputs) that can be routed to USB. in short: more busses to USB!
