we are in process of switching out iLive 112 to GLD112. just setup gld 112. did reset to factory defaults. no sound output. we have signal coming in, no sound out. cat5 connected to dSnake. steady flashing light. amps are turned on.

Are you getting audio out of the headphones when you enable PAFL on the Main bus? Also, try using the signal generator. Are you using the dSnake for the Mains output or the surface outputs?
If you’re getting signal out of the LR bus, make sure your output patch is sending the LR mix to the correct outputs.
If no signal at the LR bus, check the input channels are assigned to the LR, and that they aren’t assigned to a DCA which is turned down or muted.

This is currently happening to my CQ18T, I can see the signal coming in the mixer but no sound out from all the outputs, including the headphone A & B. Everything is unmuted, faders are all at 0db, including the DCAs. I’ve tried changing speakers and cables but nothing happened. Does anyone have the same issue?
