Hello,
First bank of Faders’ LCD Strip seems to have a horizontal line of pixels that are not displaying correctly. Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve attached a Photoshopped recreation of the problem. (Couldn’t get a decent picture)

I had a similar issue like that when the surface was cold (around 60° F). If your surface isn’t under warranty and you’re comfortable taking the back cover off, you might check the USB headers going into the LCD strips and reseat all the connectors. Otherwise, I’d suggest what Steffen recommended.
