How can we mute all but one channel on the board using the soft keys? I need to go from full band to one channel a the push of a button

Put everything except that one channel into a DCA and then mute or unmute the DCA.
I think the DCA can be assigned to a user-defined soft key if necessary.

Certainly. No problem. Just add them.

I do this all the time with a wireless handheld for announcements and my iPod-only button.
