GLD Fader readout jitter

I’m having a strange issue on my GLD. After I turned it back on after a year or so all fader values are jittering around. Not the physical faders (they move correctly and stop moving once they’ve reached their position) - just the value readout of the fader jumps around.

This happens on all fader banks, regardless of the physical fader position. So I suspect something in the fader readout A/D conversion and/or powersupply?

Anyone had something like this before?

Here is a screencap of GLD-Edit showing the jumping values:

Hey, I have the same problem. I contacted Allen & Heath support, but they can’t help me because this desk is too old to be supported. I found two possible solutions online: either replacing the entire fader board or just the capacitors on it. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get hold of a working fader board to test whether that’s really the issue. I’m still trying to find a solution that’s been confirmed to work. What’s interesting is this: the faders on the desk itself don’t jitter, only in the apps. However, when I link two channels, one of the linked faders on the desk starts jittering while the other one stays still. I appreciate any solution that leads to a fix, as I’d really like to keep using the desk. Wishing you all a great day.
