GS-R24M preamp repair question

My GS-R24M has bad preamps on two channels. The channels work fine from the insert point on and I’ve cleaned and exercised all the preamp switches (Line/Mic, Pol, HP, +48V), so I assume the op amps have died, or perhaps it is a bad cap or a ribbon cable header.

In any case, I wanted to have some replacement op amps on hand for when I open it up (since the boards come out from the bottom it is a huge pain to remove a channel, requiring disconnecting everything from the rear). I have a schematic that shows it uses RC4580 op amps. My question is are these SOIC or SSOP packages? Looking the layout diagram they appear too small to be DIP.

Many thanks in advance. And input welcome from anyone who has repaired preamps on this board. BTW - I’ve owned the board since new, it has lived in the same studio all this time, only used by me. I have no idea why the preamps failed. Phantom power wasn’t even used on those channels (one was a line source and the other typically went to a tube mic that had its own power).
