Hi Everyone, please I desperately in need of help, it happened that I wanted to update My Qu24 due to the issue it has, and I read that reset and firmware update can fix the issues, the mixer complain that the flash drive isn’t supported that I should format it and during the process on the mixer, there was an Urgency and formatting took longer time than I expected, so I have to shut down the mixer, and later while trying to turn on the mixer I realized that it could not boot up, and it’s only flashing LED LIGHTS around the mixer. Please what can I do to fix this.
Am desperately in need of your help.

If the LED lights are the Pan LED’s, then your Qu has corrupted firmware and is in a firmware update mode (which would make sense if the update was not completed correctly).
You will need to format a USB drive to FAT32, then place the unzipped firmware in the root of the drive, as you would when carrying out a normal update. Insert the drive in the Qu, power it on and the update will happen automatically.
As you mention problems with the USB drive, you might need to use a different one.

Bravo @Keith and thank you from across the pond. Your instructions helped us to resolve this exact issue on our Qu-24.
A question however…..
When the board failed to boot up, we were not installing or attempting to install updated firmware as we already had V1.98 installed. We simply just powered up the board on Sunday morning before rehearsal and saw the PAN LED’s in a “windshield wiper” pattern.
How could the board lock-up (i.e. corrupted firmware) if we weren’t attempting to do an install?
As info, we had always previously (but certainly won’t be any more) just left a USB drive plugged in at all times just for convenience if we wanted to record audio on to the USB drive.
Also, the only way I was able to get things back up and running was to reinstall V1.98 using the process you provided. According to the instructions on your website, V1.98 is not intended for our mixer based on the serial number for our board.
Qu-24 Firmware (for units with serial number 1010212 and later).
Our mixer has a Serial #: QU24CX-788xxx
Any ideas here?
