Help Updating Firmware

Hello, just got the Qu-16 mixer. My Mixer currently has version V1.60 but I am trying to update to the newest version so that I could use the iPad app. I’ve followed all the steps in the Manual, Formatted my USB, downloaded the firmware, copied it into my USB drive, but when I insert the USB and try to update it says “File Not Found.”

Also in the Manual it says to remove previous firmware version from USB, but however I don’t see any firmware file for V1.60 and there is nothing in any of the folders. I’ve attached an image of where i’ve been pasting the file. Is this the right location?

Try copying the file to the next directory up. You should see the folder AHQU and the firmware update file.

You may also need to check that the USB Memory Stick compatibility:

Read the notes on website on updating procedure. The update file needs to be at the root level.
