"Hot" signal coming in GigaAce split

We have 12 channels of Shure QULX feeding a S7000 through “old” surface-mounted Dante card with GigaAce split from DM64 to DM0/C3500 for broadcast/multitrack purposes. One of the 12 channels comes into the C3500 extra hot (to the point of peaking the input LED strip) even at very low trim level and conversational speaking level. The other 11 channels are inputting normal levels and showing no signs of peaking. All inputs are behaving normally on S7000. All gain levels on QULX are set at -2. Any ideas would be very helpful and appreciated.

QLX or ULX?
What source do you use for the split? Tie line or direct out?

ULX - tie lines

I believe I have found the issue - a comp gain was extra high. A volunteer has been mixing recently. A lesson on gain structure may be in order.
