How do I link Mix1 to L/R Fader? How do I get both sides of IEM to produce audio when using OUTPUT#1?

I want to direct my L/R mix to both OUTPUTS 15 and 16 but also to OUTPUT 1 … but be able to use the fader on output 1 to increase/decrease volume without impact the volume of the 15/16.

The two use cases I’m trying to accomplish:

#1: Use the Master Fader to do Front of House. Input faders 1-16 automatically route to stereo outputs 15 and 16. Then use the MIX 1 fader to take the FOH mix and lower or raise the volume to a different room/space. It’s OK if this MIX1 output is MONO.

#2: I mix my band from stage. I want to put Front of House into my In Ears. I can do this by using the headphone jack into a blue tooth transmitter/receiver and get “stereo” in the in ears. But when I get signal via OUTPUT#1 XLR I only get one of the IEM earbuds to produce audio. I I would like to get audio to sound out of both earbuds. MONO into both sides of the IEMS would be fine.

Presuming you aren’t using an AHM and are in the wrong category…

You don’t mention what console you are using, but what you can do is just use a regular mono auxiliary. Set it to be Post Fade for all channels, and send all channels to it at 0dB. Then just use the Auxiliary Master to control your level.
