how to apply delay to the headphone output

I need to know how to apply delay to the headphone output. I work on audio broadcast and my monitoring the headphone output. I need to apply delay in this ouput

ok thanks, I have another question, is this delay in the output only for when you have activated the pafl button or is it for all the signals that come out of that output?

the delay then generally applies to the headphone output, no matter which signal you are listening to.
