How to back up settings when the QU-32 touch panel is not working?

Greetings! We have an Allen & Heath QU-32 mixer. It’s 9 years old, well-maintained, and always kept covered in our control room. Yesterday I tried to adjust some settings, but the touch panel isn’t working, so I couldn’t access the admin or user menus. What do you recommend? I may need to do a full reset or buy a new mixer.

Before I do that, I need to save all our internal presets (scenes) to a USB drive. If I don’t, we’ll lose everything, and it would be a huge job to recreate it all.

Since the touch panel doesn’t work, is there any way I can connect from my MacBook Pro (Intel) to back up the settings?

Also, is it possible to load the QU-32 settings into a new QU-7?

NO, Not yet, maybe that will be an option in the future.

Not with the MacBook. Only iPad connections are possible.

Potentially, Mixing Station is an option since it has more possibilities than the iPad app.

If the display is broken, a full reset will do nothing regarding the display.

Bring it to a service point, maybe it is something simple inside, or they can offer you a replacement display.

Thank you! The issue with the panel is that the buttons are totally misaligned. The lower right area is totally off.
