How to send LR to stage boxes

Hi all
My new SQ6 and 2 x DX168 boxes have arrived, I’ve not had time to play with them yet but I’m trying to plan my set up.

I want the LR - main FOH mix to be split left and right to one output on each of the stage boxes (which will in turn feed a pair of powered speakers near the stage).

I know when you set up an input as stereo, when you patch it on the I/O, it will highlight a pair of sockets next to each other. Does this happen when writing where the ouputs are sent? I want “Left” to go to output 8 from the SLink and “Right” to go to output 8 from the I/O card port but don’t know if that’s possible…?

Yes, that’s easily possible.
You can patch your outputs to any and multiple output jacks.

It may be more beneficial for your setup to use two separate SLink connections.
But hopefully, you also knew that you could have connected both DX168s in series on one SLink.

I’ve got the SLink expansion card so the plan is to have each box with its own SLink connection to the desk rather than cascading them.
