Pops from iDR-32 rack port B audio. Completely random, any channel can be effected. Occurs between both the iDR-16 and the DVS. iDR-16 to DVS is perfect no issues. Cables and cable length are not an issue as I have tried multiple lengths from 3 ft to 100ft. Again same cables to iDR-16 no issues. Swapped Dante cards between racks, no change. Seems to be port B on the iDR-32.
Running latest firmware / software on all parts. Which isnt the issue as again I am successful with the iDR-16 and DVS.
Other then port B I have no other noises or pops in the iDR-32. Besides this there seems to be nothing else wrong with the rack.
Any thoughts? Is it just time to send it off to service?
Sounds like you are using the IDR16 as the master? If so set the IDR32 clock to sync from port B Dante. Either way it is most likely that clock sync between the racks is where you are having the pop/ click issues. Make one the Master and the other to sync to it.

This method below is the only one that works! Console must be master and dante must be the slave. in the dante software double check the clocking has changed and once changed, the cards must be rebooted.

Clocking issues for sure.
Follow these steps:
set clock on iDR (main) to internal
go to Dante controller and set the iDR (main) to sync to external clock
