Hi Paul, I will try and attached it for you. The bulletin is a modification to stop the power supply in the mix rack from causing it to fail. If you have the mix rack boot failure message on your surface touchscreen then it most likely has failed already. I had to have new mother boards replaced in 3 of my stock.
To be clear, once this issue has occurred its too late, the DSP chips are fried they had 48V applied to them. You need to do this mod before it occurs not after.
